Debbie’s Story

My mom has always thought of others before herself. She’s always willing to help in anyway she can. For example, a few years ago, the whole family booked a cruise, and although disappointed, my mom was the only one who stayed behind to make sure our seven dogs and two cats were taken care of. Including given insulin injections twice daily. She drives an hour to work and an hour back. When she sees someone who was having car trouble or a flat tire on the interstate, she will always pray for their safety. Anytime I am unable to pick my son up from kindergarten, my mom will leave her job two hours early just so she can pick him up for me. She never complains. She’s so happy to do it! Before my sister and I can post a picture of mom online, we have to get her approval, as she is very self-conscious about her smile. I would love to give her her smile back and show her how much our family appreciates all she does for us. A new smile would be amazing. Last summer, four months in advance, she had planned a day off from work to attend an event. She was really looking forward to. She talked about it for months. Turns out her grandson had a program at school that exact same day. Without a second thought, she knew she would be at school instead, and she was! Please consider helping my mom to get her smile back. Thank you.
